A mint kick for the senses. Ingredients: Premium Grade Epsom Sea Salt (Magnesium Sulphate), Dried Lavender, Dried Peppermint Leaves, Blue Cornflower Petals, Eucalyptus, Peppermint & Menthol Parfum.

Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) - Relieves stress, tired muscles, and reduces swelling. Magnesium is important for many processes in the body, including regulating muscle and nerve function, blood sugar levels and blood pressure and making protein, bone, and DNA.

Lavender - Helpful for insomnia and restlessness.

Peppermint - Hay fever and sinuses relief from nasal congestion and tension.

PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS:

Dissolve under hot running water and swirl to disperse. Use in the bath or in a basin of warm water for a comforting foot soak.
